PAID-WA Journal of Human Resource Management (PAID-WAJHRM) is a peer-reviewed journal devoted to the publication of scholarly conceptual/theoretical articles pertaining to human resource management. It focuses on future trends in (but not limited to) human resource management, drawing on empirical research in the areas of strategic management, international business, organizational behaviour, personnel management, industrial relation, employee participation, human resource flow, reward systems and high commitment work systems.
